Tasting notes:

Colour : Intense red with purple highlights
Nose : presents aromas of red and black jammy fruits like strawberry and blackcurrant. These aromas are complemented by notes of spices such as vanilla but also laurel.
Palate : The tannins are smooth and give a nice length to this wine.

Service tips:

This wine will be a wonderful accompaniment to a duck breast or a rib of beef. Grand Théâtre Premium will improve with cellar aging. This wine should be served between 15 and 17°C.

Château Tour Sivadon, born from the union of the chateau La Tour (1848) and Sivadon (1907), is a family vineyard that is the expression of pure Bordeaux tradition.

Tasting notes:

Color: red garnet
Nose: fresh and elegant with aromas of red fruits
Palate: ample and generous built on melted tannins. The result is a balanced and harmonious wine

Service tips:

To taste between 16 and 17°C ; poultry or roast veal will emphasize the fruits of the wine, hard cheeses such as saint-nectaire or cantal.

Who are we ?

Nowadays, Univitis brings together 160 winegrowers and their families in one solidarity organization committed to the protection of the environment. We are havesting producers and all our products are bottled at the property. Moreover, thanks to our cutting-edge bottling equipment, we offer high quality services.
From the cultivation of the vine to the bottling and the sale, we are present at each step to offer a wine that is mixing tradition and innovation.

Where are we ?

Our vinification ond bottling site is located closed to Sainte-Foix-La-Grande, about 80km at the east of Bordeaux.
We produce and sell 15 different AOP wines from the 3 main wine regions of Aquitaine: the Bordeaux, the Bergerac and the Duras vineyards.
