Stellenbosch - This fruit forward Pinotage displays a dark crimson colour. Primary fruit such as red cherry, plum and raspberry form the foundation for this South African variety. A shy sweetness compliments the fruit. Tannins are well integrated with a finishing touch of subtle oak nuances.

Harmonious layers of ripe red cherry, raspberry compote, violets and a touch of pencil shavings. The wine is finely balanced with the fruit carefully supported by a well-judged use of oak. The tannins are round with a long, dry finish.

The wine displays a bright ruby red colour and the aroma is bursting with juicy red berries and hints of white pepper. A velvety smooth wine with a moderate alcohol. We did 20% whole bunch fermentation to enhance the red berry fruit flavours.
Stellenbosch - Deep black cherry colour with healthy and youthful rim. The nose exhibits a pot pourri of flavours ranging from Santa Rosa plum, violets, a touch of truffle and forest floor. The tell tale black currant bud and lead pencil herbaceousness adds to the unmistakable Cabernet Sauvignon
personality coming from a cooler vintage in the Cape. Delicious sweet, well rounded flavours on the palate are perfectly framed by the seamless
fine grained tannins which have softened sufficiently to allow the ripe berry fruitiness to shine through. Spicy clove and vanillin oak notes
add to the complexity and lingering aftertaste. A Cabernet with elegance and finesse which can be enjoyed now, after seven years or matured
until 2018 -2022.
Stellenbosch - Only the best Chardonnay grapes are hand selected for this Blanc de Blancs. Gentle whole bunch pressing yields only the finest cuvée. The wine is bottled to complete the second fermentation in the bottle and aged on the lees for a further 4 to 5 years. The 2012 Cuvée Royale shows fresh apple and citrus blossoms notes, with a refreshing acidity. The extended time on the lees gives body and complexity to the fininsh.
Stellenbosch - Bright pale golden colour. On the nose the wine shows fresh floral and honey notes with hints of gooseberries and toasty oak aromas. The palate is filled with layers of dried fruit flavours. The wine has a zesty fresh acidity that adds to the freshness, resulting in a long lingering aftertaste.
11 months in 400L French Oak barrels. 8% new oak, the rest in 3rd and 4th fill.
