Lombardy - This full-bodied spumante is the result of a long fermentation in steel tanks with the italian method, also called Martinotti or Charmat. Grapes are picked by hand in early september to preserve acidity and freshness to the future wine. Crispy and sapid, with typical white flowers and camomile scent
Lugana - One of our oldest and historical wines. The Turbiana grape for this wine is hand-picked selecting the perfect grapes. Fermentation happens in steel. This is a Spumante with great attitude, which should be forgotten in the cellar for a few years. This shows how interesting Turbiana can be when left to evolve in the bottle. This can give great results with the perfect raw materials before the cellar work.
