Champagne AOC - The Cordon Royal shows off the Pinot Noir from the Côte des Bar in all its typicity. It is made in an Extra-Brut style, with only 4g/l dosage.
Golden yellow in colour. Powerful, complex nose revealing a mature wine. Dominant tertiary aromas with notes of brioche, honey, biscuit, cooked pear and a touch of cinnamon and liquorice. Full-bodied mouthfeel with a lot of presence and perfect balance.
Champagne AOC - Named "Audace" for the audacious method of production, this "rosé of maceration" is made from one parcel, one grape, and one harvest. A fantastic food-pairing champagne, it goes well with duck breast, roasted chicken, or grilled salmon.
Beautiful rich red colour. Nose dominated by fruits of the forest, red currants and raspberries. Rich mouthfeel with a lot of fruit and a red currant and liquorice finish.
