Gevrey-Chambertin AOC - 100% Pinot Noir
The harvest is manual with meticulous sorting of grapes in order to obtain the best quality. The traditional vinification is made in small stainless steel tanks with temperature controls.
After the alcoholic fermentation, the wine has been maturing during 14 month in oak barrels with 25% new oak.
The color is ruby red, brilliant and limpid.
Very intense aromas with a touch of boxwood and full bodied with mashed red fruits aromas.
The mouth is round and the tannins are soft and smooth.
This wine has a very long aftertaste with vanilla notes.
