Tuscany - Selection of the best grapes harvested manually at the correct point of maturation. Vinification in red with maceration on the skins for about 12 days. Each grape typology is fermented separately at 28-30 °C. Frequent pump-overs and delestage. Light bleeding. Ageing in mainly new oak barrels for a period of 12- 18 months.
Intense red color with violet reflections. The nose features prevailing hints of spice, with an evident balsamic note in addition to blackberry jam. In the mouth it is supple, balanced, soft and enveloping. A wine of impressive structure.
Chianti - Purple-red in colour, and intense. On the nose it is persistent, characterized by perfumes of cherries mingled with gentle spicy notes, especially black pepper. Agreeable and long on the palate, it shows a good structure and an evident finesse
