SAINT M 2019

Côtes de Provence AOC - VINIFICATION:Harvest of the grapes at phenolic maturity. Crushingand total destemming. Alcoholic fermentation inthermoregulated stainless steel tanks at 16°C forperfect preservation of the aromas. COMMENTS: Saint M, Available in the 3 colours, thisrange constitutes the core of the estate’s production.It cultivates a flexible and expressive style. The whitesand rosés are distinguished by their tension coatedwith an elegant full body, the reds by their greatfinesse and smooth tannins.Its strength stems also from its mixed schistose micaand calcareous soil which gives a fine mineral touch.A fine, sparkling colour, of a slightly salmoned rosé. Anevocative nose, without restraint, with citrus (lemon,clementine) and floral aromas (wild tulip, poppy). Awine with a fine freshness, full-bodied, rich and roundat the same time, with an acidulous and amylic finish.

Côtes de Provence AOC - VINIFICATION: Harvest of the grapes at phenolicmaturity. Crushing and total destemming. Alcoholicfermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks at 16°C for perfect preservation of the aromas. COMMENTS: l’Excellence : The estate’s “Prestige” range; it comprises wines dedicated to gastronomy and special moments. Concentrated, with an expertly mastered strength, they never forego fruit and vivacity. A very clear and pale colour, brilliant and clear, with shades of slightly bluish rose. A powerful bouquet, well-bred and flavourful with the aromas of exotic fruits associated with white-fleshed fruits and some mineral notes. On the palate, the flavours are expressed with delicacy and finesse. The grapefruit notes bring freshness, the flavours of red fruits, peach and apricot bring enjoyment and aromatic complexity. An elegant and feminine wine, balanced and structured , full-bodied with finesse, with fruity and refined aromas.
