Lupus In Fabula, Vermentino di Gallura Superiore DOCG

Vermentino 100%

Mineral, fresh, rich in natural acidity and salinity. Elegant aromatic notes of white flowers and white fruits, with the slightly bitter after taste typical of the Vermentino di Gallura. This is what is commonly known as "the taste of the terroir”.
Bottled with glass closure, which prevents the wine oxidation, preserves the aromatic notes in the long term, and helps to reduce significantly the amount of sulfites. Vegan.

"Its sweet and powerful pear, melts in the mouth with tasty grape persuasiveness with great and wrapping class. Of great olfactory souplesse, it caresses all arounf with its flower. All sweet at smell, all pulpy mature its distillate and powerful fruit. The perfume clarity is excellent, from transformation enology that impeccably, from costitutive grapes, in wrapping spirit, matures it and integrate the essence, nitidly renders it.
Then the taste souplesse wraps, delighting not only the impeccable balance sour/sweet of the taste, but also the exceptional concentration, its majestic mining and alcoholic power, the complete absence of ephimeral vibes and/or bitter features. No, here of this wine only its persuasiveness, nitidly, pasty, persistently can be appriciated and sensed. "

Full-bodied and important wine resulting from a long aging . This wine, produced in a limited amount of bottles, comes from a late grape harvesting of a circumscribed area of our vineyards, characterised by an extremely sandy territory, not irrigated and exposed to the north-westerly wind. Healthy and natural overripe of the clusters on the plant, high concentrations of aromas and perfumes.
Complex, structured with a very persistent finish. Balsamic notes of Mediterranean herbs, dried fruits and creamy texture.

Nessuno, Rosso dei Colli del Limbara IGT

Nessuno is a blend of two different types of autochthonous red grapes, vinified separately.
The particular and modern winemaking technique aims to the natural and most efficient extraction of aromas and perfumes to obtain a whole, full-bodied and important wine.
Elegant, rich and velvety, an important tannic structure well balanced by the heat of the alcohol and the presence of soft glicerine. Notes of liquerice and cocoa, long and satisfying finish.
Stopper: Sardinian natural cork “extrissima” quality. Vegan.

Rosè wine obtained from the overnight skin maceration of autochthonous red grapes and vinification in white.
Cherry pink colour, scent of wild roses and violets, a fresh and elegant taste with a good acid balance, easy and light with a distinct hint of pomegranate fruit, rounded off with a pleasant aromatic note.

Bisso, Vermentino di Gallura Spumante Metodo Classico Millesimato DOCG

Vermentino 100%

Bisso is a white sparkling wine vinified with classical method and obtained from Vermentino grapes .
What led us all the way here is far and foremost the passion for this ancient and fascinating method and the belief that it would express itself greatly also if applied to a wine that comes from Vermentino grapes. Our processing followed the stricter rules of this method: its long aging smoothened the roughness of Vermentino and ennobled its qualities; the refermentation in the bottle and the slow remuage exhalted perfumes and tones.
Dégorgement à la glace, pas dosé. The fine perlage consists of long, small and thick chains forming a thin and yet durable crown on the surface. Floral perfumes at first, then fruity and pastry-like notes. The taste reveals the same aroma'c notes, creamy in the mouth, with a light acidity which provides a fresh note. Vegan.

Vino al Cucchiaio - Wine by the Spoon

Vermentino 100%

The Wine by the Spoon (or Vino al Cucchiaio) is the result of a special recipe, which is able to transform a wine made of dried grapes (vino passito), entirely vinified in our cellar, in a unique product, which preserves intact the characteristic scents and perfumes of the grapes, with a very low alcohol by volume percentage.

The idea behind this new product is to create a wine “to be eaten”, even by non-wine consumers. The texture is close to a delicate and pleasant gel, which can be appreciated and enjoyed with different food combinations, or on its own. Vegan.
