Win two tickets for the ProWein goes City Event "Discover Spain@Rheinton 2.0"

1.1 The Win two tickets for ProWein goes City Event "Discover Spain@Rheinton 2.0" raffle is being executed by Wineworlds GmbH // In der Nauroth 2 // 67158 Ellerstadt, Germany.

1.2 The competition will be held from 07.03.2023 to 14.03.2023.

1.3 Participation is voluntary and free of charge. Participants must only bear the costs involved in participation via the internet (i.e., the costs for using an internet connection). Participation and the chance to win do not depend on any purchase of goods or use of services.

1.4 Participation is possible via social media. By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these conditions of participation.

2.1 Participation is possible via social media.

2.2 All natural persons aged 18 and over who participate on Facebook/Instagram are eligible to participate. Employees of Messe Düsseldorf GmbH and Wineworlds GmbH are excluded from participation.

2.3 To get in the prize draw to win two tickets for the ProWein goes City Event "Discover Spain@Rheinton 2.0", you must like this post and tag the person who should acompany you. You must follow our instagram account @prowein_tradefair.

2.4 Participation may only take place with one account. If there is a suspicion that a participant is participating in the sweepstakes with multiple accounts, the organizer reserves the right to proceed as described in section 2.6.

2.5 In the event of a breach of these conditions of participation, the organizer reserves the right to exclude the participant from the prize competition. In such cases, prizes may be subsequently disallowed and reclaimed.

3.1 The winning account will be chosen at 15th March 2023 from all participants.

3.2 The winning account will be drawn by employees of the organizer and contacted on Instagram via Direct Message.


4. Prize 

4.1 The winning account will receive two tickets for the event: ProWein goes City "Discover Spain@Rheinton 2.0". Discover extraordinary wines and vermouth with Master Distiller Stefan Lesmond, Björn Steinmann from Invisus Wines and Norrel Robertson, one of the few Masters of Wine in Spain with his own winery in Calatayud on Monday, 20th March, 7pm at Rheinton 2.0, Rethelstr. 143, 40237 Düsseldorf.

4.2. Travel costs and accommodation are not included in the prize.

4.3 The event organizer reserves the right to distribute more prizes in order to encourage more people to take part. 

4.4 The value of the prize may not be paid in cash, nor may any potential substitute for the prize be awarded. The right to the prize is non-transferable.

5.1 Personal data will only be passed on to third parties and will only be processed insofar as required to deliver/provide the prize to the winner as this third party is delivering the prize directly or indirectly, as the organizer cooperates with data (processing) service providers, as he is required by law to pass on data or as he cooperates with a service provider under obligation to confidentiality by profession in order to enforce his rightful claims.

6. Limitation of liability

6.1 All notifications and information issued by the competition organizer, specifically those which involve the publication of winners’ names, etc., shall occur without liability being assumed for the information or notifications. 

6.2 If claims involving the prize received are made by the winner, these are, as far as is legally permissible, to be addressed directly to the manufacturer/retailer, supplier, travel agent or other service provider. If claims to this effect arise with the competition organizer, these claims shall be transferred to the relevant winner.

6.3 The competition organizer is not liable, more specifically, for damages which may arise when partaking in this activity which are caused by error, delay or interruption in transmission, from faults or deletion of data, viruses or other means, unless such damages have been effected deliberately or are due to gross negligence on the part of the competition organizer. Liability on account of culpable injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.


7. Other Items

7.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Place of jurisdiction is Ludwigshafen.

7.2 The competition organizer may alter, suspend or end the prize competition at any time, inasmuch as this is necessary due to circumstances that the competition organizer cannot influence or if the activity cannot otherwise be executed in line with requirements.
