New APPIUS cellar

Designed and constructed between 2023 and 2024, the winery is distinctive for its immersive and sacred atmosphere.

The tiled walls depict stylistic references to old receptacles, and they frame the special satin-finished bronze steel vats with their truncated conical shape, tanks specially designed to ensure the best and most refined quality of Appius. At the heart of the Appius-Keller, an oak booth can accommodate the best tasting experience, a journey through time to discover the best of each previous vintage.
