Those polled included wine producers (large and small wine-growing estates, wineries, cooperatives) as well as marketers (speciality retailers, wholesalers, importers/exporters, hotels and gastronomy)

Specialists in the international wine and spirits sector will be met by more than 6,300 exhibitors from 60 nations, including all relevant winegrowing regions of the world – a total of 295 – plus a selection of some 400 spirits specialities.

02.11.2016When the international wine and spirits industry meets at ProWein in Düsseldorf from 19 to 21 March 2017, the clocks will be turned ahead again. The opening hours of the leading trade fair are then once more from 9 am to 6 pm. This is what the majority of the exhibitors and visitors wanted, based on their feedback that they turned in at the last ProWein in March 2016.

23.05.2016ProWein has been organised by Messe Düsseldorf for more than 20 years as the most important trade fair for wine and spirits worldwide. In 2013 the successful concept was exported to Shanghai in the form of ProWine China, in a venture with China International Exhibitions Ltd, a member of Allworld Exhibitions. Once a year the wine sector from Mainland China meets here every November.
