On a personal level, Meinolf Plitt prefers wine from Rhône Valley. Also on the professional level he stays truthful to the Grand Nation: He searches for French wines at ProWein 2010. „I and colleagues test the different types and later decide together what kind we are going to buy“, the expert says. His son Fabian accompanies him in order to be slowly introduced to the wine-trade – no other place could be better but Prowein for such a task. „We are always very satisfied with this trade fair.“
